About the position

The Program Management Manager at Nestlé Health Science is responsible for overseeing programs and projects to ensure they meet business objectives, including timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards. This role involves dynamic project management, leading teams through the discovery process, and building comprehensive business cases. The manager will also handle risk management, stakeholder communication, and project governance, while fostering a collaborative environment to drive successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage programs and projects to deliver expected business outcomes.
  • Establish program/project structure and governance with committed sponsors.
  • Monitor interdependencies between projects within the program scope.
  • Direct the use of external service providers according to sourcing strategy.
  • Create and maintain a milestones-based program/project plan with value delivery.
  • Lead stakeholder mapping, communications, and reporting.
  • Budget and actively monitor program/project finances.
  • Assess risks and proactively address issues to ensure program health.
  • Conduct reviews with executive sponsors and stakeholders to identify needs and changes.
  • Oversee program/project closure and ensure alignment with company principles.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of relevant work experience in project/program management.
  • Strong collaboration skills with various stakeholders, including senior leaders.
  • Ability to influence and drive change using data and insights.
  • Excellent project management skills for large-scale projects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong financial aptitude for budget management and cost/benefit analysis.
  • Creative thinking skills for developing innovative solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting functional and technical details.
