About the position

The Agile Program Manager will lead the Agile transformation strategy for the SAP ecosystem, focusing on the adoption of Lean-Agile methodologies and the SAFe framework. This role involves delivering and certifying various SAFe courses, coaching teams, and mentoring leadership to ensure effective implementation of Agile practices across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and certify SAFe 6 courses using SAFe Collaborate.
• Drive adoption of end-to-end Agile transformation strategy for SAP ecosystem transformation (S/4 Hana).
• Coach, train, and mentor roles from leadership to teams on their respective functions within SAFe.
• Facilitate delivery of DevOps components of the Agile Transformation.
• Utilize tools such as Jira, Confluence, and AgilityHealth to support Agile practices.

Requirements

• Expertise in coaching, training, and mentoring in Agile methodologies.
• Active SAFe 6 Practice Consultant (SPC) Certification & Enablements.
• Prior experience with Jira, Confluence, and AgilityHealth.
• Familiarity with infrastructure concepts related to Agile delivery.
• Experience coaching Agile teams.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with SAP Active and Lean-Agile ways of working.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and components.
