Program Manager, Broadcast

About the position

The Program Manager, Broadcast will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of project management, broadcast production, event management, and team operations. This role involves creating timelines, following up on action items, and ensuring that programs are progressing as planned. The individual will support broadcast producers in the development of content and production plans, coordinate event logistics, and assist with pre-production and on-site execution, including experiential elements, scheduling, graphics, call sheets, scripting, logistics, and post-production activities.

Responsibilities

• Create timelines and follow up on action items and next steps to ensure programs are moving forward.
• Support broadcast producers in the development of content and production plans.
• Coordinate event logistics including load in schedules and onsite staffing.
• Support initiatives to ensure team health and team processes.
• Assist with pre-production and on-site execution including experiential, scheduling, graphics, call sheets, scripting, logistics, and post production.

Requirements

• 5-6 years of experience with event and/or broadcast production.
• Experience in on-site event operations and experiential.
• Strong project management, organization, and time management skills.
• Interest in strategy with the ability to see the big picture and drive progress on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to prioritize, handle multiple deadlines, and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
