About the position

Rippling is seeking an analytical Program Manager to join the CX Enablement team, focusing on leading Enablement across Implementation teams. The role involves identifying training opportunities, developing training materials, and ensuring customer-facing teams are equipped to deliver high-quality experiences for international customers.

Responsibilities

  • Program Manage onboarding processes for all CX implementation segments by facilitating training and certification, measuring program success, and helping new hires make early impact.
  • Act as the tip-of-the-spear for CX as Rippling rolls out new products requiring updates to our Implementation processes.
  • Collaborate with CX and Revenue Leadership, Enablement, Revenue Operations, and R&D to establish an enablement strategy to refine processes, communicate plans, and develop repeatable and effective enablement strategies.
  • Develop and deliver training and materials that incorporate a variety of interactive teaching methods to help teams become product experts.
  • Analyze data to improve rep ramp time and assess the impact of training efforts.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of project management and enablement experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders; IM, CSM, or technical customer-facing role preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills to communicate ideas, objectives, strategies, and training content across different media and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data to understand the effectiveness of training and identify gaps.
  • Team player with a strength in driving consensus and rallying resources to achieve important business outcomes.
  • Ability to build lightweight processes to gather necessary data and guide teams in the right direction.
  • Self-starter with a get-it-done mentality, thriving in a fast-paced environment while navigating ambiguity.
