About The Position

The Program Manager Engineering, SME at Odyssey Systems Consulting Group will oversee and coordinate activities related to the Strategic Integrated Kinetic Effects (STRIKE) Project Office, focusing on the development and fielding of advanced Army weapon systems such as the Long Range Hypersonic Weapon (LRHW) and Mid-Range Capability (MRC). Requirements

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, or coordinate activities in architecture and engineering or research and development.
• Provide programmatic support for briefings, meetings, and working groups related to LRHW and MRC development.
• Support the planning, direction, and control of STRIKE programs, including budget preparation and execution.
• Aid in the development of weekly activities reports and briefings outlining specific issues and mitigation plans.
• Communicate and consolidate plans from STRIKE team members to construct a long-range plan for LRHW and MRC.
• Develop and maintain Master Plans/Integrated Schedules on a monthly basis.
• Provide programmatic expertise for briefings and acquisition reviews.
• Support high-level meetings with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers and develop strategic plans.
• Perform administrative functions associated with the product office, including document preparation and meeting coordination.
• Provide acquisition programmatic support for critical documentation and cost estimates.
• Coordinate and document requirements for the LRHW and MRC Risk Management system.
• Develop risk assessment and mitigation options for modernization decisions.
• Analyze and generate draft technical documentation for Government approval.
