About the position

The Program Manager for Family Centered Services is responsible for overseeing the ongoing operations of assigned programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting the agency's mission and values. This role involves managing staff, developing program policies, and coordinating with community agencies to enhance service delivery and program efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage ongoing operations of assigned Family Centered Services programs under top leadership direction.
• Supervise staff to ensure quality and timeliness of service provision and documentation.
• Develop and implement program policies and procedures, including admission criteria and operational standards.
• Coordinate educational and community programming standards and discharge criteria.
• Monitor program revenues and expenditures to achieve fiscal targets.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, licensing, certification, and accreditation standards.
• Develop and lead a cohesive team in support of agency mission, goals, and values.
• Use data to continuously improve program operations and service delivery quality.
• Conduct hiring, performance tracking, and employee relations activities.
• Complete probationary and annual employee performance reviews within timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Five years of relevant experience in service delivery or a combination of education and experience equivalent to six years in the field.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to show empathy and compassion to build trust-based relationships.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in child welfare or residential care settings.
• Knowledge of community resources and collaboration with external agencies.
