About The Position

The Program Manager at Movate Inc. is responsible for overseeing an assigned IT services program that includes multiple enterprise-level projects. The role focuses on maximizing program benefits, assessing project risks, coordinating with project managers, and ensuring the successful execution of business continuity plans. The Program Manager will also engage with clients and stakeholders to evaluate new opportunities and maintain project timelines and quality deliverables.

Requirements

• Experience in managing IT services programs and enterprise-level projects.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS Projects, Azure DevOps services, AWS services, Salesforce, Java, and Python.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma and ITIL processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the assigned IT services program consisting of multiple enterprise-level projects.
• Review new projects for inclusion in the program and assess project-level risks.
• Define mitigation plans for identified risks and coordinate between project managers.
• Evaluate project health periodically and assign or reassign team members as necessary.
• Strategize and execute business continuity plans to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Define and modify project management processes as needed.
• Review program health reports and develop strategies for improvement.
• Engage with marketing leads and stakeholders regarding new business opportunities.
• Evaluate new opportunities and prepare high-level proposal plans, pricing, and timelines.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Proactively plan and achieve project timelines and quality deliverables.
• Oversee the Software Development and Maintenance Life Cycle phases for all projects within the program.
• Manage Enterprise IT projects and teams, executing support and development projects.
• Resolve conflicts, identify risks, and define mitigation plans.
• Handle client and stakeholder escalations.
