About the position

The Program Manager will support the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Diversity and Civil Rights (ODCR) by overseeing operations related to equal employment opportunity (EEO) complaints, civil liberties, and anti-harassment programs. This role involves managing contract employees, ensuring compliance with EEO statutes, and promoting alternative dispute resolution programs through training and policy development.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of all contract employees, including coordinating work schedules and ensuring timely completion of assignments.
  • Provide project and program management services, including drafting and reviewing process documents and reports.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) regarding daily operations and performance.
  • Conduct regular meetings with contract staff to provide guidance and track progress.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree or Bachelor's degree with 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Five years of relevant experience, including three years of supervisory experience in a government office.
  • Five years of Equal Employment program management experience, with the ability to apply EEO processes effectively.

Nice-to-haves

  • Advanced understanding of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working in the Federal Government, particularly in the Department of Homeland Security.
  • Experience managing data analysts to produce dashboards and visualizations.
