About the position
Parsons is seeking a talented Program Manager to oversee integrated assessments of critical U.S. and allied national mission systems and infrastructures. This role involves managing contract personnel, ensuring technical accuracy, and providing visibility into risks affecting military missions. The Program Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the Navy and Marine Corps Mission Assurance Program by conducting comprehensive assessments and ensuring a fully staffed and equipped workforce.
Responsibilities
- Manage all matters relating to contract and task orders.
- Act as a liaison between the contracting officer or COR and contract personnel.
- Maintain a fully staffed and equipped workforce.
- Ensure adequate internal controls and review procedures to eliminate conflicts, errors, and omissions.
- Ensure technical accuracy and timeliness of all work required under each task order.
Requirements
- BA Degree with 10 years of experience in management of mission assurance inspections and/or risk mitigation of military installations/missions.
- 5 years experience as a Program Director.
- Experience leading Naval projects/programs.
- Must be certified PMP or MPM.
- Must be able to travel up to 20%.
- Must have a Valid US Passport.
- Must have Top Secret Clearance.
Nice-to-haves
- Ability to manage a team that conducts assessments in various military installations.
- Ability to provide specific SME assistance to Technical Support Projects (TSPs).
