The Program Manager (PM) at Chickasaw Nation Industries (CNI) plays a crucial role in supporting the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) and its Special Operations Forces (SOF) globally. This position involves overseeing services related to emerging technology solutions, which include enterprise architecture, data science, application development, management support, training, and enterprise ecosystem support. The PM is responsible for ensuring that the program is adequately staffed to meet its requirements, assigning tasks to contractor personnel, supervising ongoing technical efforts, and managing overall program performance. The role demands a focus on quality and efficiency, addressing both technical issues and business processes to ensure the program's success. In this capacity, the PM will provide management and oversight of all activities performed by contractor personnel, including subcontractors, to satisfy the requirements identified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This includes providing initial estimates for the Level of Effort (LOE) and schedules for completion for all assigned tasks. Regular reviews of the Program Management Plan (PMP), staff assignments, monthly progress, and financial reports with the Government sponsor are essential duties. The PM will also maintain a status report of Government Property (GP) and Contractor Acquired Property (CAP) and will inform the Government sponsor of any technical, financial, personnel, or general managerial problems encountered throughout the Period of Performance (PoP). The PM is expected to facilitate communications, utilize industry best standards, and proven methodologies to track and document contract requirements and activities, allowing for continuous monitoring and evaluation by the Government. The role also involves accounting for all PWS activities, financials, performance metrics, and outcomes in the form of a Monthly Status Report (MSR) and a consolidated annual report. As part of the program management task, the PM shall create and execute a strategy to provide overarching program management support throughout the USSOCOM ecosystem.
