About The Position

The Program Manager at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is responsible for leading programs and projects that support common business functions. This role ensures that PMO policies and processes are applied consistently to optimize quality and performance. The Program Manager will communicate with clients and management, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred.
• 5 - 10 years of experience in program management or related IT discipline.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a high-pressure environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and communication skills.
• Proficient in project management scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project or Clarity Open Workbench.
• Working knowledge of SharePoint and MS Excel.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and concepts.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Clarity or equivalent PPM tools.
• Familiarity with critical path analysis and portfolio dependencies.
• Working knowledge in a technical environment.
• Comfortable with project metrics and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead related programs and projects within a portfolio.
• Ensure compliance and proper representation of projects in forecasts and pipelines.
• Align projects with business initiatives for the year.
• Act as project manager for specific projects within the portfolio.
• Track portfolio/project metrics including financials, schedule, risk, and deliverables.
• Manage risks through a specific methodology with actionable mitigation plans.
• Communicate program status to the business and program teams.
