About the position

The Program Solutions Specialist at Summit Group LLC is responsible for managing day-to-day operations related to multiple clients' business objectives. This role involves implementing and developing eStore merchandise programs, coordinating with various internal departments, and ensuring that all contractual obligations are met. The specialist will also facilitate meetings, produce timelines for deliverables, and deliver reporting as outlined in client contracts, acting as a key liaison between clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day responsibilities associated with multiple clients' business objectives.
  • Implement and develop eStore merchandise programs.
  • Coordinate with all internal departments and teammates to ensure success.
  • Produce timelines for deliverables and facilitate meetings and client correspondence.
  • Deliver reporting as outlined in client contracts.
  • Act as the steward for client contracts and ensure all contractual obligations are met.
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop relationships.
  • Develop a strategic plan with Account Directors to grow margin and sales.
  • Ensure eStores support overall retention and growth strategy and troubleshoot when necessary.
  • Coordinate and consult with internal departments as needed.
  • Act as communication liaison to internal departments that support customer - Sales, Customer care, IT, Distribution, and Accounting.
  • Organize data and deliver program reporting.
  • Work with the sales team to develop client business reviews, marketing calendars, and promotions that support client goals.
  • Provide recommendations to management to reduce costs, streamline processes, and reduce company and client inventory exposure.
  • Create timelines and communicate launch and refresh status updates to stakeholders.
  • Direct re-order activities and monitor stock levels with the assistance of the purchasing manager.
  • Source merchandise with the assistance of the account management team to keep e-store fresh.
  • Work with marketing, merchandising, and Account teams to market and promote programs.
  • Ensure that program merchandise meets brand, quality, and margin standards.
  • Serve as a liaison and primary point of contact for cross-functional partners/brands and evaluate, prioritize, develop, manage, implement, and test all online company store initiatives.
  • Help develop the user experience of assigned Program websites including site navigation, content development, online sales funnels, and online promotional campaigns.
  • Perform inventory analysis, work with the Purchasing manager to place inventory orders, and ensure proper inventory turns.

Requirements

  • Mid-level experience in program management or related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple internal departments and clients.
  • Experience in eCommerce or merchandise program management.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
