About the position

The position involves executing programmatic campaigns, ensuring they are built, launched, optimized, and reported successfully within specified scope. The role requires vetting and qualifying inbound campaign assignments, leading the discovery phase with Marketing and Media Strategy teams to define campaign parameters such as budget, timing, objectives, goals, and audience targeting. Additionally, the position involves securing ad assets for media buyers and engaging Analytics & Operations and WebDev teams to fulfill pre-launch campaign measurement requirements. The candidate will set and manage timing and deliverable expectations with campaign stakeholders, monitor campaign performance across Media Buyers, and analyze campaign performance data to implement optimizations across multiple DSPs.

Responsibilities

  • Execute programmatic campaigns, ensuring successful building, launching, optimization, and reporting.
  • Vet and qualify inbound campaign assignments; lead discovery phase with Marketing and Media Strategy teams.
  • Define campaign parameters including budget, timing, objectives, goals, and audience targeting.
  • Secure ad assets for media buyers.
  • Engage Analytics & Operations and WebDev teams for pre-launch campaign measurement requirements.
  • Set and manage timing and deliverable expectations with campaign stakeholders.
  • Monitor campaign performance across Media Buyers and ensure campaigns meet expectations.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and action on optimizations across multiple DSPs.

Requirements

  • 1 year of hands-on, in-platform programmatic display and YouTube experience at an agency, media trading desk, or media vendor.
  • 1+ year of managing programmatic media planning or buying workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with DSP platforms including DV360, Yahoo/Telecommunication, TTD, and the client's Ad Cloud.
  • Solid comprehension of programmatic media optimization concepts.
  • Ability to analyze and draw meaningful insights from data.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, lookups, etc.).

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience optimizing media toward multi-touch attribution data.
  • Experience with FlashTalking ad serving tools and Adobe Audience Manager DM.
  • Broad understanding of the programmatic media and paid social landscape.
