In this position, you will evaluate our current data management processes, identifying opportunities for ongoing improvements that enhance project delivery. You will expertly negotiate pricing agreements with external partners, ensuring that our clients receive the best value for their investments. Additionally, you will be responsible for updating key partners with monthly executive and project status reports, project schedule updates, and assessments of project risks. Your role will also involve assessing engineer and contractor bids, change notices, and costs to ensure that we maintain a competitive edge in the market. Responsibilities

  • Evaluate current data management processes and identify opportunities for ongoing improvements.

  • Assess engineer and contractor bids, change notices, and costs to ensure best value for clients.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience implementing cost & schedule management work processes.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Work Breakdown Structure and project coding structures.
  • Experience in project controls roles including cost control, scheduling, and estimating.
  • Degree or comparable experience in a construction-related discipline.
