About the position
We are seeking an experienced Non-IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team focused on network deployment and infrastructure. This role involves managing complex programs, analyzing data metrics, and driving performance improvements across multiple global initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in infrastructure or data center environments, exceptional data analytics skills, and the ability to build strong relationships.
Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, and coordinate activities related to network deployment and infrastructure projects.
- Perform robust data analysis to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Present proposals, reports, and findings to clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee the integration of technical activities and assess project feasibility.
- Recruit, assign, and evaluate team members, supporting staff development.
- Review, recommend, or approve contracts and cost estimates related to network deployment projects.
- Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare and finalize project specifications.
Requirements
- 8+ years of project management experience with a proven track record of managing complex projects independently.
- Experience in infrastructure or data center environments.
- Strong capability in data analysis, with the ability to develop and interpret dashboards and metrics.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and team members.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in creating compelling presentations.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a focus on providing constructive feedback and support.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, and other relevant tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- PMI or PMP certification preferred.
