The specialist will be responsible for reducing costs, eliminating waste, and developing long-term strategies to overcome challenges in project management.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Senior Upper Stage Program Leader to streamline processes across various teams.
• Lead initiatives to reduce costs and eliminate waste in project management.
• Develop long-term plans to address technician roadblocks and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Safety, Quality, Finance, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams on various projects.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring effective scheduling, budgeting, and communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 6 years of applicable experience in project management within aerospace, automotive, or large vehicle assembly/integration.
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategies into operational processes and outcomes.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for team leadership and development.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in Lean manufacturing practices.
• Green or Black Belt certification in Lean methodologies.
• Experience with cost and scheduling management.
