About the position

Monster Energy is looking for a digital marketing project manager to help guide our campaign go-to-market planning for the brands. This individual will work closely with the strategy & planning function responsible for the day-to-day management of digital operations to ensure all deliverables are aligned with the marketing brief and delivered on time. The right candidate must be highly-organized, comfortable in a fast-paced, matrixed organization, and have a general understanding of digital marketing channels including platforms and content formats.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with digital marketing managers on the planning and management of cross channel editorial calendars.
  • Brainstorm with internal teams to garner the most creative and strategic digital plans, targeting and campaign recommendations.
  • Ensure campaigns are executed efficiently, performance is accurately analyzed, and strategic opportunities for growth are identified.
  • Oversee seamless execution of campaigns, coordinating across internal teams, and delivering outstanding results for key accounts.
  • Translate strategic recommendations into actionable ideas and easily usable frameworks and toolkits.
  • Balance multiple priorities while building and maintaining strong organizational relationships.

Requirements

  • Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Working in Digital Marketing for a consumer brand.
  • Between 1-3 years of experience in Project Management, digital marketing, or similar field.
