Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in project management and estimating in commercial waterproofing
• Strong knowledge of waterproofing materials, systems, and applications

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee waterproofing projects from inception to completion
• Prepare detailed estimates for commercial waterproofing projects
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to secure materials and services
• Develop project schedules and budgets, ensuring adherence throughout the project life cycle
• Conduct site visits to assess project needs and monitor progress
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the project
