About the position

AmeriPro Roofing, an industry leader in storm restoration for exterior home improvement, is seeking a dedicated Project Manager for our Davenport, IA branch. This full-time position requires the individual to report on-site daily and work in the field as necessary. The Project Manager will be responsible for a variety of tasks including permit pulling, ladder assists, job site inspections, and effective communication with our crews to ensure the successful completion of roofing, siding, and gutter projects. The role also involves performing service calls as needed and working closely with the Branch Manager to facilitate communication between our crews and the sales team regarding job progression and status updates. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in the construction industry, particularly in roofing, siding, and gutter installation. Experience in installing, repairing, and servicing asphalt shingles, vinyl siding, and aluminum gutters is highly desirable. The Project Manager will play a crucial role in managing daily and weekly job builds and services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and acting as a liaison between the sales department and production crews. This position is perfect for someone who is passionate about the installation process and has a keen eye for detail. In addition to managing job sites, the Project Manager will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring production crews, as well as managing payroll deliveries and distributions. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple groups to schedule work and trades effectively. The Project Manager will also need to be available for emergency situations outside of regular hours, demonstrating a commitment to the responsibilities of the position.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily/weekly job builds and services
• Pull and deliver build permits as needed
• Provide ladder assist for inspections
• Perform pre, mid, and post build inspections on jobs
• Ensure customer satisfaction after built job
• Act as liaison between AmeriPro Roofing Sales Department and Production Crews
• Directly facilitate sourcing, interviewing, and hiring of Production Crews
• Manage employee payroll deliveries and distributions
• Assist Corporate Fleet Manager as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience/knowledge in the Roofing, Siding, and/or Gutter industry required
• Must have own reliable vehicle (Truck preferred)
• Prior Project Management experience, or foreman of crew preferred
• Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office suite preferred
• Previous experience negotiating and contracting with crews and pay
• Ability to work with multiple groups to schedule work and trades accordingly
• Detail oriented, and strong organizational skills
• Must have, or obtain, a smart phone capable of downloading apps and taking pictures
• Ability to lift 50lbs or more
