About the position

As a Project Manager at IBM, you will lead and coordinate project teams to ensure successful project delivery, particularly in the realm of AI-infused management features for hybrid cloud solutions. This role involves driving project direction, defining metrics, and managing performance to meet client expectations while fostering a collaborative environment among various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Architects, DevOps Engineers, site operations, product executives, and Offering Managers in a multi-disciplinary squad environment.
  • Drive developer and employee engagement through customized programs and initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years experience in software development
  • 1-3 years of working experience with JAVA/Python/JavaScript, other languages also considered.
  • Knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL Database implementations
  • Knowledge of Frontend Technology - React/Angular/Vue.

Nice-to-haves

  • Exceptional knowledge of data structures, algorithms, enterprise systems, asynchronous architectures, and object-oriented programming.
  • Experience with popular AWS, Azure and/or GCP services for compute, storage, and databases.
  • Experience developing Single Page Web Applications and frameworks like React or equivalent.
  • Experience developing JS, CSS, HTML sites.
  • Professional experience building REST APIs.
