The successful candidate will be proficient in English, both spoken and written, and will possess strong skills in MS Office, particularly Excel and Google Sheets. Familiarity with MS Projects and P6 is highly advantageous, as is a strong knowledge of cost estimating software and CAD software. The role demands a detail- and results-oriented individual who is focused on quality, results, and customer satisfaction. Excellent stakeholder management skills at various levels are essential, along with strong planning, organizing, and reporting abilities. Leadership qualities and a team-oriented mindset are also critical for success in this position. The candidate will support the creation of detailed cost estimates at various Front-End Loading (FEL) stages to ensure accurate estimate classification. Experience in developing project schedules, particularly with P6, is necessary to ensure appropriate scheduling across different FEL stages. The role also involves proficiency in project controls, including scope change monitoring, document management, and reporting, as well as knowledge and experience in contracting, contract management, and various contracting strategies. The Project Manager will be expected to have technical knowledge, particularly in Front-End Loading (FEL I, II & III) development, definition, and implementation. Extensive knowledge of new and existing technologies related to greenfield and brownfield terminal development is required, along with proficiency in industry technologies for storing and handling oil, gas, chemicals, and bulk liquids. A thorough understanding of relevant industry standards and practices, such as API, NFPA, and PIANC, is also necessary. The candidate should be able to support and provide advice during the development of conceptual design, functional requirements, and Basis of Design (BoD) in collaboration with the project team.
