About the position

Project Manager will be experienced in scoping work, developing budgets and schedules, and safely executing multiple parallel projects across the network. They will be responsible for driving improvement through a detailed understanding of equipment and systems and the variables impacting the operation. This position identifies opportunities and successfully implements changes to strategically reduce manufacturing costs, optimize productivity, and minimize waste - and ultimately set standards for engineering technology and drive multi-site improvement strategy.

Responsibilities

• Scope work and develop budgets and schedules for multiple projects.
• Drive improvement through understanding of equipment and systems.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manufacturing costs and optimize productivity.
• Implement changes to minimize waste and set standards for engineering technology.
• Lead the continual improvement of Project Management Information Systems (PMIS).
• Manage teams developing complex engineering designs and process flow diagrams.
• Specify and analyze bids for complex process equipment.
• Develop and share best practices for project execution.

Requirements

• Degree or advanced degree in engineering.
• More than 10 years of project engineering experience with CAPEX projects above $5.0 MM.
• Experience in executing large and complex CAPEX projects.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with management system implementation and assessment.
• Experience in developing Best Operating Practices (BOP).
