About the position

The Project Portfolio Management Analyst is responsible for facilitating collaboration across the organization to align and prioritize initiatives. This role involves supporting technology resource management, integration management across enterprise initiatives, and providing analytical reporting to aid decision-making. The analyst will work closely with the Project Management Office to ensure coordinated integration between ongoing projects, thereby minimizing risks of contention. Additionally, the position focuses on identifying and implementing IT process improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across the organization for alignment and prioritization of initiatives.
• Assist in technology resource management.
• Support integration management across enterprise initiatives.
• Provide analytical reporting to assist in decision-making.
• Ensure coordinated integration between ongoing projects to eliminate risks of contention.
• Track technical environment usage.
• Work closely with the Project Management Office.
• Analyze, document, identify, and implement IT process improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Integration Analyst or Project Portfolio Management Analyst.
• Must have project portfolio management experience.
• Strong background in technology systems.
• Intermediate Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Project management skills.
• Experience in visual dashboarding and reporting budgeting timelines.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Familiarity with SharePoint and MS Teams.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with SAP.
• Experience with Business Intelligence (BI).
• PMP certification.
