About the position

Preferred candidate will be located in the Houston area with a bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish to ensure effective communication with clients. This is a permanent, hybrid role. As a Specialist, you will take on a supportive role in the planning, monitoring, and management of internal non-technical projects. You will play a crucial role in maintaining project documentation, assisting with resource management, and ensuring project milestones are met. Responsibilities

  • Support project planning and development of schedules.
  • Track and report project progress.
  • Assist in budget management and financial tracking.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation.
  • Support the identification and mitigation of project risks.
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting agendas.
  • Facilitate communication among project stakeholders.
  • Assist with change management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with project processes and standards.
  • Provide support in preparing project proposals and reports.

Requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Project Management or related field, OR equivalent.
  • 5+ years of IT, Software Implementation experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish.
