About the position

The Property Maintenance/Rehabbing Technician role involves preparing apartments for rent and remodeling old buildings to ensure they are fully functional. The position requires a variety of maintenance skills across plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and more, with a focus on both residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities

• Prep apartments for rent
• Remodel old rundown buildings
• Perform all aspects of carpentry
• Handle electrical work including gas packs
• Manage plumbing tasks
• Install tile and flooring
• Conduct interior and exterior painting
• Repair and install drywall
• Perform framing and siding work
• Repair and install doors and windows
• Manage kitchen and bath repairs and remodeling
• Handle landscaping tasks (hard & soft)

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in plumbing
• At least 5 years of experience in electrical work
• Experience in tile and flooring installation
• Experience in interior and exterior painting
• Experience in drywall installation and repair
• Experience in framing and siding
• Experience in door and window repairs and installation
• Experience in kitchen and bath repairs and remodeling
• Must have own tools and a vehicle capable of carrying materials
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (50+ lbs.)
• Must pass a background check
• Must speak English
