About the position

As an experienced Property Manager at Elevate at 604 West Apartments, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the property. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the property is managed effectively and efficiently, aligning with the objectives set forth by the property owner. This includes maximizing occupancy levels, increasing income, and enhancing property values. You will be tasked with monitoring expenditures and ensuring that all operations adhere to industry standards and company policies. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in property management within the multi-family housing sector. You will need to demonstrate a proven track record of providing superior customer service, building strong teams, and maintaining a keen attention to detail. Your role will also involve recruiting, training, and supervising staff, as well as managing budgets and financial reports. In addition to your management duties, you will be expected to maintain open lines of communication with residents and staff, ensuring that all concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. Your availability to work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, with some potential weekend and holiday hours, will be essential to meet the needs of the property and its residents.
