The Property Manager is a dynamic position that will provide key office support in all areas of property management. This role is essential in managing the day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring that resident expectations are exceeded and exceptional customer service is provided. We are currently seeking a strong Property Manager who will help manage the day-to-day operations of a community in Spring, TX. This position requires a proactive approach to property management, ensuring that all operations align with the financial guidelines and standards of excellence set by Knightvest Management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage & operate the property within the financial guidelines and KVM standards of excellence, overseeing marketing, maintenance, retention strategies, and communications.
  • Work with the Regional Manager to oversee interviewing, onboarding, coaching, and supervision of all community staff.
  • Set rental rates, oversee collections, and manage financial duties including budgeting, deposits, and reporting.
  • Approve & submit invoices from all service providers.
  • Maintain knowledge of competition and market trends.
  • Handle all escalated concerns from residents and staff.
  • Conduct daily property walks to identify maintenance and resident issues.
  • Ensure regular and predictable attendance with a professional appearance and attitude.
  • Efficiently and timely process all forms, reports, and administrative information.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer service focus and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of related experience in property management.
  • Training/experience with Onesite/RealPage online system preferred.
  • CRM or ARM certification preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • 3 years of property management experience required.
  • 2 years of managerial experience required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with OneSite for at least 2 years is preferred.
