As a Property Manager for Multifamily at Cushman & Wakefield, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our communities to a market-ready standard while ensuring a high level of service. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee all operations of the property, which includes maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, evictions, vacancy anticipation, marketing, lease renewals, service contracts, expense control, and audits. You will be expected to provide superior customer service and communication to our residents and prospects, enhancing customer satisfaction and increasing renewals, revenue, reputation, and profitability. In this fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for completing lease and renewal paperwork to ensure compliance with company standards. You will also track and evaluate advertising and client traffic to drive revenues. A significant part of your role will involve developing, mentoring, leading, and managing a high-performing team, including leasing, customer service, maintenance, and management personnel. Your leadership will be essential in maximizing team engagement and minimizing turnover. You will lead by example, instilling and modeling Cushman & Wakefield's mission to be the best national management company. This includes supervising the day-to-day operations of the entire on-site team, ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed. You will maintain effective on-site staff through interviewing, hiring, and coaching as necessary, while also managing residents' files in accordance with company standards. Your ability to maintain a positive living environment for community residents through prompt conflict resolution and consistent follow-up will be key to your success in this role. Additionally, you will manage and maintain all aspects of the overall community budget and finances, working closely with leasing staff to ensure that leasing and marketing goals are met.
