We offer GREAT benefit packages! This is a full-time benefit eligible position with a schedule typically from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with weekends as needed. The role involves understanding, managing, and overseeing all operations including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, and marketing. You will provide superior customer service and communication to our residents and prospects to enhance customer satisfaction and increase retention, revenue, reputation, and profitability. Additionally, you will develop, mentor, lead, and manage a high-performing, cohesive team, including leasing, customer service, maintenance, and management personnel, in order to maximize their engagement and minimize turnover. Establishing and maintaining industry contacts and relationships in the property's marketplace through involvement in trade organizations, property management associations, and networking opportunities with vendor outreach and peer groups is also a key aspect of this role. You will support the company's philosophy and goals while adhering to policies. Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring that all personnel in all departments operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies at all times, and comply with all industry Fair Housing rules. Seeking educational opportunities and self-improvement for personal growth and development is encouraged, along with any additional tasks that the Regional Asset Manager may assign.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Preferred 3 years of experience as a Property Manager.
  • Required High School diploma or GED.
