Responsibilities

  • Responding to owner and guest concerns regarding their stay

  • Organizing property closets and drawers to ensure they are tidy and usable for guests
  • Troubleshooting owner and guest concerns and creating plans to ensure solutions
  • Setting up work orders, assigning vendors, and ensuring completion
  • Understanding, operating, and navigating multiple software systems
  • Communicating effectively with team members to support a positive work environment

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in property management, hotel, or hospitality industry
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to stand for the entire shift
  • Ability to walk up and down stairs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to travel within the New Smyrna Beach and Daytona Shores area
