Responsibilities

• Manage daily property operations independently.
• Provide exceptional service to customers, including answering inquiries and assisting with storage needs.
• Process rental agreements and maximize sales objectives through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and manage delinquent accounts, including collection efforts.
• Conduct cash drawer audits and execute bank deposits as per company policies.
• Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with a focus on safety and maximizing units available for rent.
• Conduct regular property inspections and maintenance tasks to maintain cleanliness and appearance.
• Transport and move items weighing up to 35 pounds as needed.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Cash handling experience is preferred.
• Ability to work unsupervised and multitask effectively.
• Basic computer knowledge is necessary.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in sales is a plus.
