As a Property Manager at Lillibridge Healthcare Services, Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success and smooth operation of our medical office buildings. This position involves effectively managing daily operations, fostering strong tenant relationships, overseeing construction projects, and administering leases and contracts. Your contributions will directly impact tenant satisfaction and the overall financial health of our properties. You will leverage your expertise in financial management and analysis to optimize property performance, while collaborating with the management team, property owners, and tenants to drive continuous improvement and excellence in property operations. In this role, you will support the planning, budgeting, and control of operating and capital expenditures. You will prepare or assist in the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly reforecasts, and monthly financial statements. Active participation in the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes is essential. You will communicate with tenants through various channels to address their requests promptly, maintain positive relationships, and enhance tenant satisfaction. Regular building inspections will be conducted as assigned, and you will prepare bid specifications, request proposals, and evaluate bids for work conducted by external contractors. Additionally, you will coordinate contractor activities and oversee all construction projects as required. Supervising tenant move-ins and move-outs will be part of your responsibilities, along with participating in vendor management processes and maintaining service agreements. You will assist with the leasing process and lease change requests as needed, and participate in periodic market tours with the General Manager and/or Leasing Manager. Ensuring that life safety programs are in place and meet all company guidelines and legal requirements for tenants and employees is critical. You will also maintain the property tenant handbooks and emergency procedures, reviewing them with each new tenant. Other duties and special projects may be assigned as necessary.
