About the position

The Property Manager at Legacy CRE Partners LLC is responsible for overseeing all phases of operations for a large apartment community consisting of over 400 units. This role requires a self-starter who thrives in a high-quality work environment and is committed to maintaining a positive atmosphere among the team. The Property Manager will ensure that the property remains in excellent physical condition while stabilizing operations. This position is ideal for an energetic professional with a strong background in managing multi-family communities, as the company emphasizes a long-term hold strategy for its real estate assets, indicating a meaningful commitment to the properties they manage. In this role, the Property Manager will handle general administration tasks, manage resources effectively, and oversee all operational aspects of the property. Responsibilities include personnel management, leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance, revenue enhancement, and information reporting. The Property Manager will also be expected to make recommendations for maximizing income and minimizing expenses, manage rent expiration schedules efficiently, and ensure that delinquencies are addressed promptly. The work environment is characterized by a relaxed atmosphere and casual work attire, with opportunities for growth within the company. The Property Manager will represent the company professionally at all times and will be expected to demonstrate outstanding customer service skills while interacting with prospective residents, current residents, vendors, and colleagues. Responsibilities

  • Oversee all phases of operations for the property.
  • Manage general administration of the office.
  • Maintain resources to ensure the property remains in good physical condition.
  • Facilitate optimum performance in personnel management, leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance, revenue enhancement, and information reporting.
  • Make recommendations for maximizing income and minimizing expenses.
  • Efficiently manage rent expiration schedules.
  • Ensure delinquencies are handled promptly.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to prospective residents, current residents, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Process maintenance service requests in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all maintenance repairs are handled satisfactorily and communicate with residents regarding completed service requests.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with the regional management team.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in property management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time-management capabilities.
  • Valid driver's license is required.
