Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with Proposal Managers to develop proposals and interview materials from start to finish to support strategic company pursuits.
  • Help develop proposal/interview strategies for project pursuits.
  • Create graphics and perform photo editing for proposals and presentations.
  • Work with management and other proposal coordinators to improve efficiency and processes.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain central files of written materials, resumes, photographs, graphics, slides, etc. covering all proposals past and present.
  • Support other marketing functions as part of a larger marketing team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or related field required.
  • Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, as well as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Ability to be flexible, maintain a positive attitude, and work collaboratively to develop a team environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail with strong grammar, spelling, composition, and proofreading abilities.
  • Basic understanding of design principles.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under the pressure of a deadline-driven environment to meet client needs.

Nice-to-haves

  • Proficient with CRM (Deltek preferred).
  • 4+ years' experience, ideally in an AEC firm.
