About the position

Serves as an analyst representing the Legal Department's Provider Arrangement services for all Parkview Health entities and affiliates, which includes representation applicable to setting, developing, and monitoring compensation for employed and independent providers. Primary responsibilities include working directly with the operational, financial, and human resource leaders to coordinate all Parkview Health employed and independent provider contracts and contract revisions, ensuring all contract terms are consistent with the then-approved compensation plan, supporting Parkview Health Legal Counsel and leaders in setting, developing, and monitoring compensation models, assessments, fair market value, and commercial reasonableness, working directly with Provider Recruitment during the recruiting process and after hire date to resolve any compensation issues, including setting annual ranges for services, provide regular and ad hoc reporting on provider contract and compensation related issues, and supporting initiatives as directed by Parkview Health Legal Counsel. Further duties include managing the provider conflict of interest/outside services processes, managing provider related audits, provider contract databases, risk assessments, and overall data analytics for compensation and risk assessment purposes. Develops annual project plans related to audits and process improvement related to Provider Contracting and will regularly collaborate with the human resource, finance, payroll, and operational teams.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or other quantitative field.
  • Minimum of three years' experience in accounting, finance or operational analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills including excellent skills in data gathering, organizing and analysis.
  • Ability to work independently and be highly motivated and productive.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks from multiple customers at one time.
  • Highly accurate and analytical with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with software programs including Excel, Word and other business software.
