About the position

We are excited to be searching for our newest team member and the perfect match for our practice! Southeast Psych, an ARC Health Partner, is located in Charlotte, NC. We are innovative, fun, and our goal is to transform lives by providing exceptional mental health services. We are a private group practice with offices in two states, and we are currently expanding our Charlotte, NC team. Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services in a private, outpatient, group practice
• Develop a personal brand and defined niche for clients
• Build strong relationships with potential referral sources and develop a thriving referral network
• Work with the team to promote mental health awareness in our community
• Collaborate to launch innovative mental health initiatives

Requirements

• Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in psychology from an accredited institution required
• Must have applicable NC state licensure
• Clinical experience as a licensed psychologist, preferably in a private practice or healthcare setting, performing assessment and/or psychotherapy services
• Experience with professional marketing experience, community networking
• Clinical experience with child and adolescent population preferred
• Clinical experience and training with eating disorders, substance abuse, ASD, and trauma/EMDR
• Specialized certifications or training in relevant therapy modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR) are a plus
• Familiarity with a wide range of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches
