Responsibilities

• Provide Direct ABA Services to children with Autism through one-on-one interventions.
• Collaborate with a Clinical Team to implement individualized care plans.
• Track Progress using electronic devices to monitor each child's development.
• Create Positive Learning Environments by building strong relationships with children and their families.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Passion for learning and a desire to make a difference in the lives of children with Autism.
• Background or interest in psychology or education.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Willingness to complete a 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training.
• A 6-month commitment to support clients.
