Pt Cleaning Specialist - Dearborn

About the position

This is for a part time evening position. The building is cleaned for two nights a week on Tuesday and Friday. The shift will be 3.5 hours a night after 5:00pm. Hourly pay rate: $15.00/hr (biweekly pay). U.S. Servico, Inc., is looking for energetic, and driven individuals to join our team! Responsibilities

• Able to use cleaning equipment if required (i.e. canister or backpack vacuum, walk behind floor scrubber, and mopping systems)
• Using various cleaning chemicals
• Able to bend, stand, lift, etc.
• Ability to use cellphone application to clock in and clock out for scheduled work hours
• Ability to use cellphone application to complete inspection reports and post pictures
• Clean and detail to customers satisfaction, following closely to scope of work expected
• Clean service areas according to Servico Standards (reviewed during training)
• Show up to location on time, every time as scheduled
• Demonstrate ability to work in a team like setting or individually
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Basic commercial cleaning
• Mopping and vacuuming (possible floor scrubber)
• Detailing
• Dusting and wet wiping
• Trash removal
• Bathroom cleaning
• Supply stocking

Requirements

• High School and/or GED is encouraged
• Previous commercial cleaning preferred; i.e., Office, Medical, Retail
• Must have reliable transportation to the job site
