About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration and 1-3 years of similar role.
• Strong personal computer skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of personnel and management.
• Good understanding of Supply Chain procedures.
• Possess good time management skills.

• Participate in continuous improvement of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, 9001, IATF 16949 programs and procedures through active participation in the near miss program.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate price, payment terms, and delivery on requisitions.
• Process requisitions and purchase orders in a timely manner ensuring correct supplier, pricing, and lead-time.
• Track orders to ensure timely delivery and update delivery dates in AS400.
• Email Request for Quotes to obtain best pricing.
• Prepare cost analyses and savings.
• Assist in evaluating and setting up new suppliers.
• Assist in maintaining and updating supplier records including insurance, evaluations, and changes in status.
• Resolve invoicing issues.
• Respond to the needs of maintenance, engineering, and production to eliminate equipment downtime.
