As a key member of our team, you will manage individual and/or trust account assets and investment relationships in alignment with the established investment objectives and strategies of both the company and our clients. This role places a strong emphasis on client account retention, which is crucial for meeting the Net Portfolio growth objectives of the company. You will share the responsibility of soliciting, developing, managing, and retaining client relationships within our Private Wealth Management (PWM) division. In this position, you will leverage your extensive investment experience to provide exceptional service to our clients. You will be expected to present investment strategies effectively, make critical decisions independently, and maintain a thorough understanding of investment management principles. Your ability to build and nurture relationships will be essential in ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are vital for success in this role, as you will be interacting with clients regularly and addressing their financial needs and concerns. Responsibilities

  • Manage individual and/or trust account assets and investment relationships.
  • Focus on client account retention to meet Net Portfolio growth objectives.
  • Solicit, develop, manage, and retain client relationships for Private Wealth Management (PWM).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 10 or more years of investment experience.
  • Thorough understanding of investment management.
  • Strong knowledge of finance, economics, and general business.
  • Strong sales and relationship management/client services skills.
  • Ability to effectively present investment strategies to clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.
