QA Analyst / Scrum Master

About the position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Test Manager/Scrum Master. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing, particularly in automation, and will be responsible for managing teams in an Agile environment. This role requires proficiency in various testing tools and frameworks, as well as the ability to set up and optimize automation processes. The candidate will also be expected to ensure that software meets compliance standards and is tested across multiple environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage teams in an Agile environment as a Scrum Master and/or Test Manager.
• Oversee the testing process and ensure quality standards are met.
• Set up and optimize automation frameworks for parallel execution.
• Conduct testing for mobile and web applications using BrowserStack.
• Ensure software is section 508-compliant through rigorous testing.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement CI/CD processes using tools like Bamboo and BitBucket.

Requirements

• 5+ years of testing experience
• 2+ years of automation testing experience
• 2+ years managing teams in an Agile environment as a Scrum Master and/or Test Manager
• Proficiency in Selenium, Java, TestNG, Cucumber, Gherkin, Jira, Deque AXE and Xray
• BS/BA, BS in technical discipline preferred
• Expertise in BrowserStack for mobile and web application testing across multiple environments
• Experience setting up and optimizing automation frameworks for parallel execution
• Knowledge of Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD)
• Experience with CI/CD tools preferably Bamboo and BitBucket
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to quickly adopt and understand automation framework and applications, perform automation activities with less guidance
• Experience creating and setting up automation frameworks

Nice-to-haves

• Experience running continuous integration build life cycles focused on automation
• Hands-on experience certifying that software is section 508-compliant
• Knowledge of clinical trials and their conduct
• Experience testing hospital management systems and/or electronic medical records
• Experience working in a CMMI environment
