About the position
Piper Companies is seeking a QA Analyst to join an enterprise company located in Durham, NC. This role is a fulltime opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Work within Scrum sprint cycles alongside the broader development team, utilizing the JIRA QA Project to pick up cards for new tests, write and link cards across projects, and review KPIs for continuous improvement.
- Most of the QA Analyst's time is allocated to manual testing, alongside the Support team.
- Provide feedback to engineers in JIRA tickets after testing the development that will guide the engineer on steps to take when editing the code for passing QA or user acceptance requirements (if/when it doesn't pass).
Requirements
- 2-4 years of Manual QA experience
- Experience w/Postman
- Familiarity w/Jira and SaaS environments
- Excellent communication skills and outgoing personality
- Ideally UX testing experience
- Bachelors Degree or Technical College Degree
