About the position

Regal Staffing Services is seeking a Quality Control (QC) Inspector for a regulated production environment in Midlothian, TX. The role involves ensuring compliance with GMP and GLP standards, reviewing production records, and supporting quality assurance processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor logs and procedures to ensure Quality Control (QC) and Production comply with GMP and GLP standards outlined in SOPs.
• Review and approve production batch records for accuracy and compliance.
• Audit documentation during and after production for GMP accuracy.
• Verify correct setup and use of components and batches on packaging lines.
• Validate data entered by mechanics, operators, and line leads.
• Quarantine non-conforming batches and label them appropriately.
• Report quality issues to management and support investigations as needed.
• Perform daily housekeeping audits of Production area logbooks and report findings.
• Support employee GMP training and participate in quality system audits.
• Inspect production lines to ensure SOP compliance.

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of hands-on QC or quality auditing experience in a cGMP environment, preferably in pharmaceutical, biomedical, or medical device fields.
• Experience with batch records, CAPA, and deviation investigations.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and technical writing; fluency in English (Spanish is a plus).
• Ability to occasionally lift/move up to 10 pounds.
• Stable work history and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
