About the position

As an Advanced Field Service Engineer at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide advanced technical support and expertise to our customers. This role is pivotal in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, ensuring the successful implementation of our Quality Control Systems (QCS) solutions, and driving customer satisfaction. Your expertise and commitment to excellence will play a crucial role in the success of our field service operations and the growth of our business. You will report directly to our Field Service Engineering Manager and will be required to travel 100% of the time, primarily working out of our Alabama and Mississippi locations. In this position, you will significantly impact the efficiency, productivity, and safety of our customers' operations by delivering exceptional technical support and service. Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for our customers
  • Provide advanced technical support and expertise for our QCS solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of our solutions
  • Conduct training sessions for customers and field service engineers
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in field service engineering, with a focus on complex technical solutions
  • Strong technical knowledge and expertise in Quality Control Systems technologies
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience in project management and execution
  • Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships
