About The Position

Requirements

• QMHP Certification required.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited school in social work, sociology, psychology, education, humanities, or behavioral science.
• Two years of case management experience required.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong computer skills and ability to prepare documentation.

Nice To Haves

• Criminal justice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews and report results for case management purposes.
• Prepare reports and recommendations for administrative use.
• Work cooperatively with Community Supervision, Corrections Department, and other professional groups.
• Transport clients as needed for services.
• Maintain clinical documentation and ensure compliance with QMHP credentialing requirements.
