Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients, customers, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve problems with delivered products.
  • Conduct or assist with performance and failure analysis of defective products or materials; identify, recommend, or execute corrective actions.
  • Prepare reports of findings and recommended actions.
  • Provide technical and administrative support and guidance.
  • Develop and maintain a system to track and report projects and results of quality awareness programs and initiatives.
  • Draft and maintain product assurance policies and procedures, ensuring specifications and requirements are met.
  • Draft and recommend procedures to establish or improve quality standards, standard repairs, process controls, and inspection methods.
  • Analyze, review, and approve manufacturing engineering policies, processes, documentation, and operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase the quality and customization of products.
  • Oversee data collection, analysis, and other research for quality projects.
  • Coordinate quality management systems and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
