About The Position

Flex-Staff is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector for 2nd and 3rd shifts at their Iola client. This role involves auditing finished products and ensuring they meet documented specifications, making it an excellent temp-to-hire opportunity for candidates who excel in precision and quality control.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school (not required but beneficial).
• 3-6 months of related experience and/or training.
• Must understand shop mathematics including algebra, geometry, and trigonometry.
• Demonstrate understanding of blueprint reading and advanced geometric dimensioning.
• Experience using basic and advanced measuring equipment including vision measurement systems, micrometers, dial indicators, drop and pin gages, etc.
• Strong analytical skills and detail orientation are essential.

Responsibilities

• Audit finished products and supplied piece parts for conformance to documented specifications.
• Inspect, measure, and record results in QA's electronic database.
• Perform and record complete dimensional analysis of new and revised products.
• Create measurement programs on the vision system for use in daily production.
