About the position

Shady Grove Medical Center seeks to hire an experienced Quality Coordinator for our Medical Staff Services department who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing. As a Quality Coordinator, you will assist with departmental activities to ensure quality in conducting and maintaining practitioner clinical competency evaluation tools including ensuring Medical Staff Office data is entered on individual forms, completed forms are saved in the practitioner’s credentialing file and practitioners are given access to their results. You will also assist with practitioner credentialing, privileging, and primary source verifications, serve as a resource to, and collaborate with, others to advance the quality of practitioners and patient safety at AHC, and display actions and attitude that contribute to the pillars of success of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with departmental activities to ensure quality in conducting and maintaining practitioner clinical competency evaluation tools.
  • Ensure Medical Staff Office data is entered on individual forms and completed forms are saved in the practitioner’s credentialing file.
  • Provide practitioners access to their results.
