In this role, you will work closely with individuals to provide support and assistance utilizing our mental health services. Your contributions will play a vital role in the overall well-being of our clients. Responsibilities Provide direct service daily with clients, including crisis interventions and weekly contact. Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans for clients. Participate in weekly clinical supervision. Conduct patient assessments to evaluate mental health needs. Maintain accurate caseloads list and documentation in compliance with regulations. Complete assigned documentation daily using sound clinical documentation daily using sound clinical documentation and abide by all agency, Medicaid and licensure standards. Attend all annual and/or semi-annual mandatory agency training (Crisis Wave, CPR, First Aid, Human Rights and HIPAA, etc.) Skills The ideal candidate should possess the following skills: A valid driving license with an acceptable driving record. Own and operate and insurable and registered vehicle. CPR and First Aid certified. Successful criminal background check. Availability to work weekends. Access to working phone, internet connection and computer. Knowledge of federal, state, and local guidlines and regulations. Knowledge of Medicaid billing requirements. Knowledge of HIPAA and confidentiality requirements. Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills. Canidates must possess a minimum of bachelor's degree from accredited college in the Human Services field or the minimum of 1-year experience of providing direct services to adults with various mental challenges.
