About the position

Williams International has an exciting opportunity for a Quality Systems Analyst to join our team. The qualified candidate will perform and support audits of WI's systems, processes, and hardware. The individual will assist in analyzing quality problems to improve processes and assist in identifying corrective and preventive actions to improve the quality of products. The individual may also support the development, review and maintenance of company processes/procedures. Williams International has an exciting opportunity for a Quality Systems Analyst to join our team. The Quality Systems Analyst supports the development and oversight of the WI Quality Management System as defined by Common Operating Procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of new Quality related systems and maintenance of existing systems.
  • Supports the development, review and maintenance of company processes/procedures.
  • Responsible for conducting internal quality management system audits.
  • Support external audits and customer visits as required.
  • Provides training and mentoring on quality management system topics.
  • Supports special projects as defined by Quality Leadership.
  • Supports process improvement initiatives and failure investigations as required.
  • Support with root cause analysis and identification of robust corrective actions.
  • Assist in the reduction of elevated corrective actions.
  • Administer vision screening and stamp issuance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or comparable work experience in a quality related role.
  • 3 plus years of experience of audit experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Understanding of AS9100 or similar quality management system requirements (i.e., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, etc.).
  • Certified Internal Auditor is preferred.
  • Organizational skills - detailed oriented.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
  • Candidate must have evidence of strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • U. S. citizenship is required.
  • Position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance, if needed.
